Scope of Work
- Packages include automation setup & workflows only. Ad budgets, paid 3rd-party tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Zapier, Calendly, etc.) are billed separately.
Client Inputs
- Client must provide CRM account access, brand guidelines, and workflow logic before setup.
Revisions Policy
- Minor tweaks covered during delivery. Major workflow redesigns or new logic are add-ons.
Delivery Timeline
- Starter: 7 days
- Growth: 14 days
- Pro: 21 days (after complete client inputs). Delays in inputs extend timelines.
Training Policy
- Starter: video guide only
- Growth: 1 live training session
- Pro: full SOPs + 2 live sessions
Ownership
- All workflows transferred post full payment. Subscription costs (Zapier/Make/CRM tools) are client responsibility.
Support
- Support duration as per plan. Extended support available via AMC.
