Important Notes

Product Uploading

  • Development packages include only 1 sample product upload per category. Bulk product uploads or catalog imports are considered out of scope and will be charged separately.

Hosting & Domain

  • Clients are responsible for purchasing domain and hosting services. Our team will handle the setup, but all renewals remain the client’s responsibility.

Third-Party Tools / Apps

  • Any third-party service costs (CRMs, WhatsApp API, SMS/Email credits, etc.) are billed directly by the vendor to the client. These charges are not included in our package fees.

AMC Policy

  • Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) covers bug fixes, performance updates, and security patches. New features or major upgrades are not included and will require a separate quote.

Timelines

  • Delivery timelines are approximate. Timelines may extend depending on client feedback, revisions, or project complexity.
  • Basic: 4–5 weeks
  • Growth: 6–8 weeks
  • Premium: 10–12 weeks

Support

  • Basic: 30 days
  • Growth: 45 days
  • Premium: 60 days (After this period, ongoing support will require AMC enrollment or hourly billing.)

Scope of Fees

  • Our fees strictly cover project discovery, development, setup, integration, optimization, and reporting. They do not cover advertising costs, third-party services, or platform-specific charges.

Scope of Changes

  • Any feature requests, UI/UX changes, or additional modules outside the agreed scope will be estimated and billed separately after mutual approval.

Payments

  • Payments are milestone-based: 40% advance to initiate the project, 40% mid-development, and 20% on final delivery.
