Scope of Work
- Packages include CRM setup & configuration only. Business strategy consulting is not included.
Customization
- Any requirement beyond listed features will be billed as add-on.
Ownership
- CRM license/subscription costs are to be borne by client.
Timelines
- Average setup completion: Starter – 5 days
- Average setup completion: Growth – 10 days
- Average setup completion: Pro – 15 days (post inputs)
Support Policy
- Support limited to technical setup. Business training or sales coaching is separate.
Ownership
- Final deliverables (designs, store setup) are transferred only after full payment is cleared.
Revisions
- Minor tweaks are included. Major redesigns or new concepts will be billed as extra.
Timelines
- Delivery timeline starts once complete inputs are received from the client. Delays in client feedback will extend timelines.
Data Security
- Client is responsible for CRM’s internal data security & compliance.
