Important Notes

Scope of Work

  • All packages include digital video deliverables only. Printing, offline media, or physical distribution is excluded.

Client Inputs

  • Script, brand guidelines, and approvals must be provided before shoot/editing begins.

Revisions

  • 2 minor revisions included. Major changes (new script, re-shoot, redesign) will be billed extra.

Delivery Timelines

  • Timelines start once all inputs are received. Client delays will extend final delivery.

Rights & Usage

  • Final videos delivered in HD/4K MP4 format. Raw files remain agency property unless purchased separately.

Travel & Location

  • Shoot cost covers within city limits. Outstation travel, stay, permits, or set arrangements will be billed extra.
