- All plans include AI Calling. Extra minutes billed separately.
Setup Charges
- First-time setup is included in monthly fee. Complex integrations may require add-on charges.
Content Inputs
- Client must provide FAQs, service info, and appointment rules before deployment.
Ownership
- Bot scripts, workflows, and training datasets remain agency IP until full payment is cleared.
Revisions Policy
- Starter: 1 per month
- Growth: 2 per month
- Pro: Unlimited (within agreed scope).
Timelines
- Avg. setup: 7–14 days post client inputs. Delays from client side extend delivery.
Exclusions
- Ad budgets, SMS charges, third-party CRM subscription fees are not included.
Support
- Dedicated AM available only in Pro plan. Growth gets priority ticket-based support.
