Usage Policy
- Voice minutes, chat flows, and language support are strictly as per plan. Any excess will be billed via add-ons.
Customization
- Any new feature request outside listed deliverables will be treated as add-on with separate costing.
Setup Timelines
- Typical setup & deployment takes 2–4 weeks depending on plan, client inputs & approvals.
Ownership
- Clients own final deployed chatbot/voice agent. However, raw AI training datasets & scripts remain agency IP.
Revisions Policy
- Minor adjustments are included as per plan. Major reworks or new workflows will be billed as add-on.
