Important Notes

Scope of Work

  • All packages include digital design deliverables only. Printing or production costs are not included.
  • Deliverables are strictly as per package table. Any request outside scope will be treated as an add-on service.

Logo & Identity

  • Basic plan includes 1 final logo concept with minor revisions.
  • Growth and Pro plans include multiple concepts with source files (AI/PSD/SVG)
  • Mockups in Pro are for presentation purposes only, not part of production files.

Revisions Policy

  • Revisions mean minor changes (color, font, layout tweaks)
  • Major changes (new concept, redesign from scratch) will be billed as extra
  • Pro plan allows unlimited revisions within agreed scope, not complete reworks.

Timelines & Delivery

  • Client must have active Razorpay/PayPal/Stripe account for payouts. GST/TDS responsibility on client side.
  • Delay in client feedback will extend timelines.
  • Rush delivery can be arranged at 20% extra charges.

File Formats & Ownership

  • Basic plan provides only JPG/PNG outputs.
  • Growth and Pro include editable source files.
  • Ownership of final files is transferred after full payment clearance.
  • Raw/working files (incomplete drafts, templates) are not shared.

Motion/Video Ads

  • Client must provide raw footage or product material.
  • Service covers editing, branding, and formatting only.
  • Scriptwriting/voiceover not included, unless quoted separately.

Packaging Design

  • Files will be print-ready in AI/PDF format.
  • 3D mockups (Pro plan or Add-on) are for visualization only, not print production.
  • Packaging dimensions/sizes must be provided by client.

Collaterals & Decks

  • Brochures and decks include design + layout only.
  • Content (text, images, product info) must be provided by client.
  • Stock images can be provided at extra licensing cost if required.

Add-ons & Custom Requests

  • Out-of-scope requests require fresh estimate.

Payments & Terms

  • 50% advance required to initiate project, balance 50% on final delivery.
  • Prices mentioned are exclusive of taxes (GST extra)
  • No refunds once design process has started.
