Important Notes
Motion Graphics / Animated Ads
- Applicable when Growth (2 edits) or Premium (4 edits) monthly limit is exceeded.
Video Creatives
- Not included in any plan. Client must provide raw or ready-to-use videos.
Video Editing policies
- Starter: No free editing (only paid add-on)
- Growth: 2 basic edits/month included, extra billed separately
- Premium: 4 basic edits/month included, extra billed separately.
Ready to use videos
- If client provides ready-to-use edited videos, we will use them directly at no extra cost.
Influencer Outreach
- Monthly handling fee covers coordination & campaign execution. Actual influencer collaboration charges are separate and billed as per influencer’s own fee.
Whatsapp Automation
- Fixed setup fee: ₹7,500 (one-time by us). Ongoing API/vendor charges billed directly to the client.
Email/SMS Automation
- Fixed setup fee: ₹5,000 (one-time by us). Ongoing platform charges billed directly to the client.
Third Party Tools
- All 3rd party services (Shopify apps, WhatsApp API, email tools, etc.) are billed separately by the vendor.
Advertising budget
- Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other media spend are separate and paid directly by the client to the platforms.
Scope of fees
- Our fees cover only: Strategy, Setup, Campaign Execution, Optimization, and Reporting.
